# 共有メールボックスを追加

共有メールボックスをオプションの委任者付きで作成

### 説明

選択した言語とタイムゾーンで Exchange Online に共有メールボックスを作成します。代理人はフルアクセスを取得でき、送信済みメールは共有の「送信済みアイテム」フォルダーに保存できます。メールボックスの背後にあるユーザー アカウントは無効化できるため、誰もそのアカウントでサインインできません。

### 受け入れ済みドメインを一覧で提供します

新しいメールボックスのドメインは、既定では自由入力です。ランブックをカスタマイズすると、代わりにオペレーターがテナントの受け入れ済みドメインから選択します：

  * User.ReadWrite.All *（任意 — 機能: ユーザー アカウントを無効化）*
    * *DisableUser が有効な場合（既定で有効）、PATCH /users/{id} を使用してメールボックスのユーザー アカウントを無効化します*
