Alertar por e-mail sobre alterações nas políticas de Conditional Access

### Descrição

Verifica quais políticas de Conditional Access foram criadas ou alteradas nas últimas 24 horas e envia um e-mail com a lista anexada. Sem alterações, nenhum e-mail é enviado. Nada é alterado no Tenant.
