Os membros ainda podem ler o conteúdo da equipa, mas ninguém pode publicar nos respetivos canais até a equipa ser desarquivada; os ficheiros no site do SharePoint continuam editáveis. Use-o para aposentar uma equipa inativa sem perder o seu conteúdo. O grupo tem de estar aprovisionado como uma equipa.
