# 会議室メールボックス構成を設定

### 説明

予約ポリシー、カレンダー処理、定員などのルーム メールボックス設定を更新します。ランブックでは、必要に応じて BookInPolicy を特定のメール有効セキュリティ グループのメンバーに制限できます。

* **種類**：Microsoft Graph
  * Group.Read.All *(省略可能 — 機能: Book-in policy group)*
    * *BookInPolicyGroup を /groups/{id} 経由で検証します*

  * *ルーム メールボックス設定を変更するために、アプリ専用の Exchange Online セッションで必要です*

#### AllBookInPolicy

「すべてのユーザーに BookIn を許可」（最終値: $true）または「カスタム BookIn ポリシー」（最終値: $false）を、実行するアクションとして選択できます。true に設定すると、ルームではすべてのユーザーに BookIn が許可され、BookInPolicyGroup パラメーターは無視されます。false に設定すると、BookInPolicyGroup パラメーターで指定されたグループのメンバーのみが BookIn を許可されます。
