# 会議室メールボックス構成の設定

### 説明

予約ポリシー、カレンダー処理、容量などの部屋メールボックス設定を更新します。この runbook では、必要に応じて BookInPolicy を特定のメール有効な Security Group のメンバーに制限できます。

ユーザー → メール → 部屋メールボックスの構成を設定

#### アプリケーションのアクセス許可

* **種類**: Office 365 Exchange Online
  * Exchange.ManageAsApp

#### RBAC ロール

* Exchange 管理者

### パラメーター

#### UserName

部屋のメールボックスのユーザープリンシパル名。

#### AllBookInPolicy

アクションとして、「全員に BookIn を許可」（最終値: $true）または「カスタム BookIn ポリシー」（最終値: $false）を選択できます。true に設定すると、部屋では全員の BookIn が許可され、BookInPolicyGroup パラメーターは無視されます。false に設定すると、BookInPolicyGroup パラメーターで指定されたグループのメンバーのみが BookIn を許可されます。
