### 説明

このユーザーのインプレース アーカイブ メールボックスを有効化または無効化するか、現在の状態を表示します。メールボックスがすでに要求された状態である場合は、何も変更されません。有効化する際、過去30日以内に無効化されたアーカイブは、新規作成ではなく再接続されます。
