# 外部メールの有効化または無効化

### 説明

この runbook は、外部の送信者が Microsoft 365 グループにメールを送信できるかどうかを構成します。Exchange Online を使用して、RequireSenderAuthenticationEnabled 設定を有効または無効にします。変更を加えずに現在の状態を照会することもできます。

実行するアクションとして、「外部メールを有効にする」（最終値: 0）、「外部メールを無効にする」（最終値: 1）、または「現在の状態のみを照会する」（最終値: 2）を選択できます。0 に設定すると、runbook は外部の送信者がグループにメールを送信できるようにします。1 に設定すると、外部の送信者がグループにメールを送信することをブロックします。2 に設定すると、変更を加えずに、そのグループで外部メールが現在有効か無効かを返します。
