# パッケージ インストールの問題
このガイドでは、失敗した RealmJoin ソフトウェアパッケージのインストールのトラブルシューティングに焦点を当てます。

このガイドは、RealmJoin クライアントを使用したソフトウェア配布（intunewin ではない場合）にのみ有効です。
特に、必要なログファイルをクライアント上で直接、また RealmJoin ポータルを使ってリモートで収集する便利な方法は、RealmJoin トレイアプリケーションがクライアントに展開されている場合にのみ機能します。
intunewin 配布を使用する場合、ログファイルはクライアントから手動で収集する必要があり、最も関連性の高いフォルダーは `C:\Windows\Logs\RealmJoin`.

## 必要なログファイル
ログファイルがなければ、失敗したソフトウェアパッケージのインストールを適切にトラブルシューティングすることはできません。\
