### Description

Vérifie les stratégies Conditional Access pour détecter les modifications au cours des 24 dernières heures et envoie un e-mail avec une pièce jointe texte सूचीant les stratégies modifiées. Si aucune modification n’est détectée, aucun e-mail n’est envoyé.
