### Description

Vérifie les stratégies Conditional Access pour détecter les changements survenus au cours des dernières 24 heures et envoie un e-mail avec une pièce jointe texte répertoriant les stratégies modifiées. Si aucun changement n’est détecté, aucun e-mail n’est envoyé.
