# Ajouter une boîte aux lettres partagée

Créer une boîte aux lettres partagée avec un délégué facultatif

### Description

Crée une boîte aux lettres partagée dans Exchange Online avec la langue et le fuseau horaire choisis. Un délégué peut obtenir un accès complet, et les mails envoyés peuvent être conservés dans le dossier Éléments envoyés partagé. Le compte utilisateur derrière la boîte aux lettres peut être désactivé afin que personne ne s'y connecte.

### Proposer les domaines acceptés sous forme de liste

Le domaine de la nouvelle boîte aux lettres est du texte libre par défaut. Avec une personnalisation du runbook, l'opérateur le choisit à partir des domaines acceptés du Tenant à la place :
