Rendre ce groupe public ou privé

### Description

Bascule ce groupe Microsoft 365 entre public et privé. Les groupes publics peuvent être trouvés et rejoints par n’importe qui dans l’organisation, les groupes privés uniquement par leurs membres. L’adhésion, les propriétaires et les adresses e-mail restent tels qu’ils sont.
