Esta guía se centrará en la solución de problemas de instalaciones fallidas de paquetes de software RealmJoin.

Esta guía solo es válida para la implementación de software mediante el cliente RealmJoin (no intunewin).
Especialmente la forma cómoda de recopilar los archivos de registro necesarios, tanto directamente en el cliente como de forma remota mediante el portal RealmJoin, solo funciona con la aplicación de bandeja de RealmJoin desplegada en tus clientes.
Al usar una implementación intunewin, los archivos de registro deberán recopilarse manualmente de los clientes; la carpeta más relevante es `C:\WINDOWS\Logs\RealmJoin`.

## Archivos de registro requeridos
Sin archivos de registro no se puede solucionar correctamente una instalación fallida de un paquete de software.\
Los archivos de registro necesarios para solucionar instalaciones fallidas residen en varias ubicaciones en el cliente local:
* `C:\WINDOWS\Logs\realmjoin*.log`
* `C:\WINDOWS\Logs\RealmJoin`
* `%LOCALAPPDATA%\RealmJoin\tray*.log`
* `%LOCALAPPDATA%\RealmJoin\Logs`
* `C:\ProgramData\chocolatey\logs\`
