# Kennwort zurücksetzen

### Beschreibung

Setzt das Kennwort für einen Benutzer in Microsoft Entra ID zurück und aktiviert optional zunächst das Konto. Der Benutzer kann gezwungen werden, das Kennwort bei der nächsten Anmeldung zu ändern. Dieses Runbook ist nützlich für Helpdesk-Szenarien, in denen ein Techniker das Kennwort eines Benutzers zurücksetzen und sicherstellen muss, dass der Benutzer es bei der nächsten Anmeldung ändert.
