# Freigegebene Mailbox hinzufügen

Eine freigegebene Mailbox mit optionalem Delegierten erstellen

### Beschreibung

Erstellt ein freigegebenes Postfach in Exchange Online mit der gewählten Sprache und Zeitzone. Ein Stellvertreter kann Vollzugriff erhalten, und gesendete E-Mails können im Ordner „Gesendete Elemente“ des freigegebenen Postfachs gespeichert werden. Das Benutzerkonto hinter dem Postfach kann deaktiviert werden, sodass sich niemand damit anmeldet.

### Die akzeptierten Domänen als Liste anbieten

Die Domäne des neuen Postfachs ist standardmäßig Freitext. Mit einer Runbook-Anpassung wählt der Operator sie stattdessen aus den akzeptierten Domänen des Tenant aus:
